Its been a while since the last club update, and quite a few events and achievements have taken place since then. Several of the club members have been racing. Notably we had a big turnout at the Mad Mile hosted by Epsom. This was a great event which we all enjoyed and we had Louise, Kit, Eirwin, Aaron, Ravi, Rich, Rob, Gary, Will, Dan and Jon all taking part and putting in some great performances over 4 laps of the track, plus a bonus 4x400 relay at the end! Jon even managed to be the fastest miler of the night, so special congrats to him.
