Brief one this time although lots and lots has been going on! Firstly, this Thursday is first Thursday of the month, so please do your best to join us at Teddington gate at 6:50pm for the regular run. It should be a large group this time out and it also coincides with the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings, so very fitting to take in a loop around the landmarks of Bushy Park. It will probably be a few groups at various speeds, so ideal for all.
